Molly Green is focused on obtaining the best possible outcome for every client when defending premises liability, workers’ compensation, transportation and construction.

Drawing from her previous experience in civil litigation, Molly tackles her cases with confidence and precision. Her expertise in researching, writing, and client communication ensures she and her clients are well prepared at every stage of the legal process.

After graduating from the University of Montevallo (AL) magna cum laude, Molly attended the University of Tennessee College of Law where she earned her JD, magna cum laude. While in law school she was the director of the University of Tennessee Pro Bono program and was active on the Moot Court Board. She served as articles editor of the Tennessee Journal of Race, Gender and Social Justice and as a delegate and secretary of the Student Council on Diversity and Inclusion. In addition to her campus involvement, Molly won the school’s 2021 Advocates’ Prize Moot Court Competition. Molly continues her involvement in the legal community as a member of the Southeast Tennessee Lawyers Association for Women.

Molly is a fan of the popular tv show The Sopranos, even naming her kitten Little Carmine after one of the characters. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and watching reality television. She especially loves the shows Big Brother and Survivor.
