Kip Davis is an associate in the Carr Allison Birmingham office.  His practice focuses on defending matters involving workers’ compensation claims.

After earning a political science degree at the University of West Georgia, Kip went on to earn his law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (AL). During his time at Samford, he was involved in the Alabama Student Bar Association, the Air and Space Law Society, the First-Generation Law Students Association and made the Dean’s List.

Originally from Dalton (GA), Kip currently resides with his wife and their English Cocker Spaniel puppy, George, in the suburbs of Birmingham. He enjoys spending time outdoors, hunting, fly fishing and golfing.
