Carr Allison has been selected as preferred counsel for numerous insurance companies writing workers’ compensation insurance, such as AmComp Pinnacle, Everest Insurance, Federated, Fireman’s Fund, Liberty Mutual, Wausau and Zurich NA Insurance.  In addition to representing and advising clients with regard to workers’ compensation law, our attorneys represent numerous clients in related cases involving retaliatory discharge claims.

Carr Allison’s attorneys also work with such third-party administrators as Crawford & Company, Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc., Everest, SIS (Self-Insured Services), Sedgwick James & Company, Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Southern Risk Services and Underwriters Safety & Claims. Our attorneys are often requested to provide assistance to these companies and their clients to qualify for self-insured operating authority.

Carr Allison’s attorneys serve as Officers of the State Bar Workers’ Compensation Section and on the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Defense Research Institute. Our attorneys are regularly requested to write articles and speak on workers’ compensation issues by such groups as the Department of Industrial Relations, national and state workers’ compensation organizations and numerous industry groups.
