Carr Allison has been selected as preferred counsel for numerous insurance companies writing workers’ compensation insurance, such as AmComp Pinnacle, Everest Insurance, Federated, Fireman’s Fund, Liberty Mutual, Wausau and Zurich NA Insurance.  In addition to representing and advising clients with regard to workers’ compensation law, our attorneys represent numerous clients in related cases involving retaliatory discharge claims.

Carr Allison’s attorneys serve as Officers of the State Bar Workers’ Compensation Section and on the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Defense Research Institute.
