The Property/SIU Practice Group works closely with insurance claims adjusters and investigators in handling specialized claims and coverage issues arising out of a wide range of losses under homeowners, vehicle, inland/marine and commercial policies.  We provide assistance to insurers at every stage of the claim process, from the initial notice of loss, to resolution of the claim and any subsequent litigation.  We also assist in determining and resolving coverage issues under homeowners, vehicle, commercial and inland/marine policies, and we are routinely involved in the handling process for claims arising out of fire loss, business interruption, theft, property valuation and other similar claims.  Our Property/SIU Property Group includes dedicated attorneys who have a history of success in assisting insurance carriers in the claims process and resolving coverage issues.
