The Group’s members pride themselves on their extensive trial experience and superior results.

The Product Liability Practice Group has experience in all areas of product liability law. The Group represents a wide variety of clients with products in numerous areas, including industrial equipment, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, construction equipment and chemicals. The Group’s members have tried numerous complex cases involving construction equipment and heavy machinery, including cranes, scaffolding, hoists and lifts. Over the years, they have developed extensive experience in representing clients in mass tort claims.

The Product Liability Practice Group’s accumulated experience enables it to provide the wide range of legal services needed by manufacturers, distributors and sellers of products.
