Sarber, Vickers and Sausaman Obtain Defense Verdict

Carr Allison shareholders Johnny Sarber, Heath Vickers and Alison Sausaman have secured a defense verdict for our clients in Orange County, Florida in a trucking case involving two plaintiffs, who were unfortunately catastrophically injured and claimed millions of dollars in potential damages.

The Carr Allison team successfully convinced the Court to bifurcate the trial on liability only, in order to avoid a dangerous sympathy verdict and to keep the jury focused on our clients’ lack of fault.  After only 28 minutes, the jury returned a verdict finding no negligence on behalf of our clients.

The Carr Allison team was supported by associate Miles Igou, whose research was instrumental during the trial.

Well done!!
