William H. McVicker is an associate in Carr Allison’s Jacksonville (FL) office. His practice focuses on defending matters involving transportation, premises liability and construction claims.

After earning his BA from the University of South Carolina, Wills earned his law degree from the University of Kansas School of Law. There he held the position of staff editor of the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy. For his academic achievements at the University of Kansas School of Law, Wills was recognized by the CALI® Excellence for the Future Awards in higher education law, antitrust law and sports law.

Prior to joining Carr Allison, Wills practiced at a Jacksonville law firm, focusing primarily on construction defect and general liability claims. He also served as counsel for a leading title insurance underwriter, managing and overseeing both title curative litigation and non-litigation curative action for property owners and mortgage holders.

When he is not working, Wills enjoys playing tennis, spending time with his two children and cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks.
