There he held the position of staff editor of the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy. Prior to joining Carr Allison, Wills practiced at a Jacksonville law firm, focusing primarily on construction defect and general liability claims. He also served as counsel for a leading title insurance underwriter, managing and overseeing both title curative litigation and non-litigation curative action for property owners and mortgage holders.

When he is not working, Wills enjoys playing tennis, spending time with his two children and cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks.
