Todd C. Hunter, Jr. is a shareholder in Carr Allison’s Tallahassee, Florida office. His practice primarily focuses on commercial transportation litigation and premises liability.
Todd received his undergraduate degree in finance and real estate from Florida State University. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law. During law school, Todd clerked for the Honorable Ronald Flury of the Second Judicial Circuit of Florida and a prestigious litigation firm in Jacksonville, Florida. Following law school, Todd spent three years as an Assistant State Attorney prosecuting cases ranging from DUI to homicide and two years with a civil litigation firm practicing employment law.
Todd is admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is a member of the Tallahassee Bar Association and is active in professional organizations such as the William H. Stafford American Inn of Court and the Exchange Club of Tallahassee. He also serves as an usher and member of the Youth Ministry Council at St. Peter’s Anglican Cathedral and chapter advisor for the Kappa Alpha Order at Florida State University.
Todd enjoys playing golf, Florida State athletics, exercising and spending time with friends and family. Todd and his wife, Mycah, are proud parents of daughter Lively (1).
