Professional Profile

Robert J. Underkofler III is an associate in Carr Allison’s Tallahassee (FL) office where his practice focuses on transportation, general liability, personal injury and premises liability matters.  Robby is an active member of the Florida Bar.

Robby received his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Florida State University with a major in political science.  He earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law.  While in law school, Robby served as a certified legal intern in the Office of the State Attorney, Second Judicial Circuit of Florida – Juvenile Division and as an intern for the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Upon earning his law degree, Robby served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida in the Misdemeanor Division, where he also served as docket manager for Judge Sarah Ritterhoff Williams, and in the Governor’s Assignment Homicide Division.

A native of Ocala (FL), Robby enjoys outdoor activities, especially hiking, camping, kayaking, cycling and skiing.
