Megan Cunningham serves as counsel in Carr Allison’s Jacksonville (FL) office. Megan is admitted to practice in Florida and is an active member of the Jacksonville Bar Association and the Florida Bar, Family Law Section. She focuses on defending matters involving transportation, premises liability, retail and hospitality, general litigation and government torts and public liability.

Megan graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice and a minor in political science. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law. During Megan’s career, she has been featured on Top 40 under 40 – Family Law Member of the American Academy of Attorneys (2018) and the 10 Best in Florida for Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys (2018). Megan has also been awarded the Outstanding Pro Bono Service Award Presented by Jacksonville Area Legal Aid (2019).

Megan is originally from Boardman (OH), but moved to Florida for college. She enjoys vacationing, playing fetch with her dog and spending time with her family.
