Mario Errico is an associate in Carr Allison’s Jacksonville, Florida office where his practice focuses on personal injury cases.
Mario earned his bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, with a minor in Italian Studies from The University of Minnesota. He earned his law degree from the Florida State University College of Law. During his time in law school, Mario externed for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida and was a certified legal intern for the Public Defenders Office for the 2nd Judicial Circuit. Mario was also a member of the BLSA National mock trial team, winning the Southeast Regional Trial Competition in 2016. After passing the bar, Mario began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the 9th Judicial Circuit in Orlando, Florida. Subsequently, Mario relocated to Jacksonville, Florida where he has practiced in the field of civil litigation and insurance defense for the past two years.
Mario grew up in Buffalo, New York, although he calls Jacksonville Florida home. Outside of the office, Mario enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is an avid fan of the Buffalo Bills and New York Yankees and attends their games whenever he is able. His hobbies include playing the piano, playing sports, and watching movies.
