Kelsey is an associate in the Medicare Compliance Group of Carr Allison in our Birmingham (AL) office. She is admitted to practice in Alabama and focuses her practice on defending matters involving Medicare Compliance.

Kelsey graduated from Berry College (GA) with a Bachelor of Science in animal science. During her time at Berry College, she was involved in the IHSA Equestrian Team and played French horn in the wind and brass ensembles. Kelsey then earned her Master of Science degree in biomedical professions from Lincoln Memorial University (TN). She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (AL). While there, Kelsey served as vice president for both the Cumberland Public Interest and Community Service and the Student Health Lawyers Association. She was also involved in the National Trial Team and Career Development and Advisory Board.

Kelsey is originally from Carrollton (GA) and enjoys spending her free time horseback riding and playing both the French horn and piano.
