Jeremy Taylor, a native Mobilian and shareholder in the firm’s Mobile (AL) office, handles major litigation involving catastrophic injury, fatalities and damages, primarily in the realms of transportation and heavy industry. He is an active member of the firm’s transportation GO TEAM, having responded to scores of catastrophic accidents, dozens of those involving fatalities. Jeremy regularly handles the defense of multi-million dollar cases.
Jeremy has earned an AV-rating from his peers through the Martindale-Hubbell peer review process. He is the former chair of the Commercial Transportation Litigation Committee of the Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association. He has spoken at ABA events, including the Transportation Mega-Conference. Jeremy is active in the Trucking Law Committee of the Defense Research Institute, the Transportation Lawyers Association and the Alabama Trucking Association.
Jeremy is the past president of the board of the Child Day Care Association, a non-profit, early childhood development center in the Mobile area which is the oldest active child care provider in Alabama.
Jeremy and his wife, Rachael, a nurse practitioner, have two children, Will and Claire, and they reside in Mobile. In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys traveling and outdoor activities.
