Chase Bahr is an associate in Carr Allison’s Mobile (AL) office. He is admitted to practice in the state of Alabama and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama. He focuses his practice on defending matters involving insurance coverage, transportation, insurance and personal injury.
Chase earned his Bachelor of Science from The University of Southern Mississippi, where he studied Sociology and Political Science. From there, Chase went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University (AL). While in law school, Chase was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board, the Federalist Society, the Career Development Advisory Board, the Bench and Bar Society, and the Edwin A. Horton American Inn of Court. He served as the Vice President of the Alabama Student Bar Association, sat as an Associate Justice of the Honor Court for all three years, and in his final year, Chase, along with his fellow Catholic classmates, founded the Thomas More Society and he served as its first Chancellor.
Chase was born in International Falls, Minnesota, but moved to the Gulf Coast at an early age. He resides in, what he has always considered his home, Mobile with his wife. Chase has always enjoyed serving his local community. In his spare time, he loves cooking, reading, spending time with his family and friends and being involved in his parish.
