Bradford J. Montrose is an associate in Carr Allison’s Chattanooga (TN) office where his practice focuses on professional liability, construction and premises liability matters.
Bradford received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee (Knoxville), graduating summa cum laude with a major in political science and a minor in sustainability. He then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law. While in law school, Bradford was the recipient of several named scholarships as well as the Clements Law Award. He served as secretary of the Environmental Law Organization and as research editor for Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. Bradford was also active in pro bono work with the Homeless Project .
A native of Nashville, Bradford enjoys reading, writing, playing guitar and hiking.
