2010Carr Allison- which employs nearly 100 attorneys in Alabama, Florida and Mississippi- last month opened a new office in Pensacola, Florida. The new office was founded to support Carr Allison's expanding caseload across Florida and the rest of the southeast. The addition of the new office will provide for more efficient handling of the firm's clients' interests. Carr Allison's presence in the new Pensacola office and its existing Tallahassee office will continue to provide Carr Allison attorneys with the ability to cultivate relationships at a local level throughout the Panhandle as well as supplement the firm's representation of clients along the Gulf Coast of Florida, Mississippi and Alabama.
Carr Allison Shareholders, Regina Cash and Lucian Hodges, and associate attorneys and paralegals will lead the development of the Pensacola Office. Ms. Cash specializes in the defense of personal injury, premises liability, workers' compensation, insurance, construction defect, wrongful death, and complex litigation. Ms. Cash practices in all state and federal courts in Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi. She is a member of the Florida Bar, Alabama Bar, Baldwin County Bar, and Pensacola Bar Associations. Ms. Cash is also a member of the Defense Research Institute and numerous defense lawyers and litigation groups.
Lucian Hodges has been handling complex litigation and major claims since 1996. The types of cases he has defended vary from: catastrophic personal injury, construction defect, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability, toxic torts, workers compensation, contract disputes and professional liability. Mr. Hodges is a licensed multi-jurisdictional attorney, and practices frequently in all state and federal courts in Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. He is a member of local bar associations, the Defense Research Institute and a number of defense lawyer and litigation groups.
