The members of Carr Allison’s Product Liability Practice Group bring together a wealth of experience representing a diverse array of product manufacturers, distributers and retailers. In addition, each of the lawyers in the Practice Group also has extensive experience in many of the other practice areas in which the firm concentrates in order to ensure the greatest possible diversity of experience.

Alternative dispute resolution is explored in every case unless the client directs otherwise. The Product Liability Practice Group has experience in all areas of product liability law. The group represents a wide variety of clients with products in numerous areas, including industrial equipment, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, construction equipment and chemicals. The group's members have tried numerous complex cases involving construction equipment and heavy machinery, including cranes, scaffolding, hoists and lifts. Over the years, they have developed extensive experience in representing clients in mass tort claims.
