Kathy Davis, a shareholder in Carr Allison's Birmingham office, was recently named Chairman of DRI's Construction Defect SLG. Davis is the Chair of Carr Allison's Construction Law Group. She is an active member of DRI and speaks frequently on Construction Law issues.
The Construction Defect SLG is designed to involve all legal professionals who represent owners, real estate developers, suppliers, general contractors, construction managers, and subcontractors in defending construction defect and other construction-related industry cases.
