Judson Wells Re-Elected as Member of Mobile Arts & Sports Association
Judson Wells, a shareholder in the Mobile office, was recently re-elected to serve as a member of the Mobile Arts & Sports Association (MASA). Organized in 1951, MASA is a non-profit corporation dedicated to public benefit. Current membership is comprised of 51 Mobile business and civic leaders. MASA is the parent organization of the Senior Bowl, the premier college football all-star game. MASA has been responsible for the donation of over $7.3 million to charity since its founding.
Judson Wells joined Carr Allison January 1, 2008 after retiring as a Mobile County District Judge.

Jeremy Taylor Named State Chair, Council of Litigation Management
Jeremy Taylor, a shareholder in Carr Allison's Mobile office, was named an Alabama State Chair of the Council of Litigation Management. The organization advances the practice of litigation management through collaboration and education of members, ideally building an extensive base of litigation knowledge and principles. Carr Allison is pleased to welcome its new associate, Vaughan Russell, to the firm. Mr. Russell graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2003, and will join Carr Allison's litigation practice group.

ELLEN C. PAPPAS ELECTED PROGRAMS DIRECTOR, TALLAHASSEE WOMEN LAWYERS
Ellen C. Pappas was elected Programs Director for the Tallahassee Women Lawyers. The Tallahassee Women Lawyers is a voluntary bar association with approximately 200 members. Its purposes are to promote the status of women in the legal community; and to create, improve, and maintain supportive networks among women in the legal profession through mutual cooperation, respect, and good friendship.
