We believe our society gains strength from diversity. Besides diversity being the right thing to do, diversity is an essential part of our business as a law firm.
Carr Allison recognizes diversity is the formula for business in the new millennium, because businesses understand that prosperity is directly related to the ability to harness the power of diversity.
Knowing the value of diverse perspectives and experiences, Carr Allison wishes to express its strong commitment to the goal of diversity within its workplace.
DIVERSITY COMMITTEE
In 2005, Carr Allison created a Diversity Committee, comprised of
minority and non-minority partners, which meets regularly to develop
and implement programs and policies designed to ensure the growth of
diversity throughout the firm.
