Todd C. Hunter, Jr. is an associate in Carr Allison’s Tallahassee, Florida office. His practice primarily focuses on commercial transportation litigation.
Todd received his undergraduate degree in finance and real estate from Florida State University. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law. While in law school, Todd served as a judicial intern for the Second Judicial Circuit of Florida and as a certified legal intern in the Consumer Law Clinic. Following law school, Todd spent three years as an Assistant State Attorney prosecuting cases ranging from DUI to homicide and two years with a civil litigation firm practicing employment law.
Todd is admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. He is active in professional organizations such as the William H. Stafford American Inn of Court and the Exchange Club of Tallahassee. He also serves as chapter advisor for the Kappa Alpha Order at Florida State University.
Todd enjoys playing golf, Florida State athletics, exercising and spending time with friends and family.
