Robert Rylee Zalanka is an associate in Carr Allison’s Birmingham, AL office. His practice focuses on insurance and coverage issues, as well as matters involving professional liability.
Admitted to practice in Alabama, Rylee earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law, twice winning American Jurisprudence Awards. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, with a double major in English and Economics from Jacksonville State University, where he was a scholarship athlete on the football team. Prior to joining Carr Allison, Rylee served as a law clerk for the United States Magistrate Judge David A. Sanders for the Northern District of Mississippi (Aberdeen Division).
Rylee enjoys visiting his “cowboy grandparents” in Wyoming and saltwater fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. He has a passion for The Delta Blues and especially enjoys attending blues festivals in his free time.
