Jeremy Taylor, a shareholder in the firm’s Mobile, Alabama office handles major litigation involving catastrophic injury, deaths and damages, primarily in the realms of transportation and heavy industry. He is an active member of the firm’s transportation GO TEAM, having responded to scores of catastrophic accidents, dozens of those involving deaths. Jeremy regularly handles the defense of multi-million dollar cases.
Jeremy has earned an AV-rating from his peers through the Martindale-Hubbell peer review process. He is the former Chair of the Commercial Transportation Litigation Committee of the Trial and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association. He has spoken at ABA events, including the Transportation Mega-Conference. Jeremy is active in the Defense Research Institute’s Trucking Law Committee, the Transportation Lawyers Association, and the Alabama and Arkansas Trucking Associations.
Jeremy is the past President of the Board of the Child Day Care Association, a Mobile-area non-profit early childhood development center, which is the oldest active child care provider in the State of Alabama.
Jeremy and his wife, Rachael, a registered nurse, have two children, Will and Claire, and reside in Mobile. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, fishing and coaching youth sports.
