Brad Booth is an associate in the Birmingham office of Carr Allison where his litigation practice is primarily focused on the defense of premises liability, product liability, workers’ compensation, and construction defect matters. He has successfully obtained summary judgments on behalf of his clients, as well as defense verdicts at trial.

Mr. Booth is admitted to practice before the Middle and Northern District Courts of Alabama and all Alabama State Courts. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar, American Bar Association, and DRI.

Mr. Booth is a graduate of Samford University where he obtained both his Bachelor’s degree and MBA. He earned his law degree at Cumberland School of Law.
