With heavy hearts we mourn the loss of our friend and colleague Brad Booth who died November 29, 2017 after a long and difficult battle with an extremely rare form of cancer. Brad leaves behind his beloved wife and two young children.

Professional Profile

Brad Booth was an associate in the Birmingham office of Carr Allison where his litigation practice focused on the defense of premises liability, product liability, workers’ compensation and construction defect matters.  He successfully obtained summary judgments on behalf of his clients, as well as defense verdicts at trial.

Brad was admitted to practice before the Middle and Northern District Courts of Alabama and all Alabama State Courts.  He was a member of the Alabama State Bar and the American Bar Association.

Brad was a graduate of Samford University (AL) where he obtained both his Bachelor’s degree and MBA.  He earned his law degree at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
