Brad Booth is an associate in the Birmingham office of Carr Allison where his litigation practice is primarily focused on the defense of premises liability, product liability, workers’ compensation, and construction defect matters. He has successfully obtained summary judgments on behalf of his clients, as well as defense verdicts at trial.
