Adair Named 2017 Top Attorney

Carr Allison would like to congratulate Shareholder Brett Adair for being named to Birmingham Magazine’s 2017 list of top employment attorneys.  In it’s eighth-annual peer reviewed survey, Birmingham Magazine asked more than 4,000 local attorneys for their nominations for the area’s top lawyers in 35 practice areas.  The attorneys listed represent the top five in each category.

Pryor and Ryan Successfully Defend Client

Caroline T. Pryor and Sarah Cross Ryan won a motion to dismiss for their client arguing that the workers’ compensation claim was filed outside the applicable statute of limitations.  The Court agreed and granted the motion.
